Introducing Marketo’s Interactive Webinars: A Game Changer for Virtual Engagement
Project Spotlight
Challenges: The legacy TR martech ecosystem was complex, with siloed people, processes, and tools across three business units, making visibility into stack capabilities and costs nearly impossible.
What we did: We deployed CabinetM to centralize TR’s stack, increase visibility, document the martech ecosystem, and create alignment around technology ownership, integrations, and contracts.
Results: TR built a martech directory of over 175 platforms, captured integration details, shifted to a capability model, and developed a Platform Performance Scorecard to enhance technology reviews.
"The solutions and the new, consolidated structure we’ve built is going to allow us to expand, grow, and keep infusing other areas like AI, where Thomson Reuters is currently putting lots of emphasis."
